• เราไม่มีเซิร์ฟเวอร์ที่เก็บเนื้อหาไดอารี่ และผู้พัฒนาไม่สามารถเข้าถึงหรืออ่านบันทึกของคุณได้
• หากคุณถอนการติดตั้งแอป ข้อมูลทั้งหมดจะถูกลบไปพร้อมกับแอป และไม่สามารถกู้คืนได้

3. การเข้าถึงรูปภาพ

เมื่อคุณเลือกแนบรูปภาพลงในบันทึก แอปจะขอสิทธิ์เข้าถึงคลังรูปภาพหรือกล้องของคุณ รูปที่เลือกจะถูกใช้เพื่อแสดงในบันทึกของคุณเท่านั้น และเก็บอยู่ในเครื่องของคุณ ไม่มีการอัปโหลดไปที่ใด

4. โฆษณา (Google AdMob)

7. สิทธิ์ของคุณ

Privacy Policy — MyDay Diary

1. Overview

MyDay Diary (the "App") is a personal diary application for recording daily thoughts and feelings. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data the App collects, how it is used, and what rights you have.

2. Content You Create

Your diary entries, titles, selected moods, attached photos and stickers are stored only on your device.

• We do not transmit your diary content off your device.
• We operate no server storing diary content; the developer cannot access or read your entries.
• If you uninstall the App, all data is deleted with it and cannot be recovered.

3. Photo Access

When you choose to attach a photo, the App requests access to your photo library or camera. Selected images are used solely to display within your entry and remain stored on your device. Nothing is uploaded.

4. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App is free and supported by ads served through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use:

• Device Advertising ID
• General device information such as model, OS version and language
• Approximate IP-based region

This data is collected and processed by Google, not by the developer. See Google's Privacy & Terms. You may reset or opt out of personalized ads via your device Settings → Google → Ads.

5. What We Do Not Collect

• No account registration or sign-in is required.
• We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers or any identifying information.
• We do not collect your location.
• We do not sell or trade your data to third parties.

6. Children

The App is not specifically directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Parents who believe their child has provided data may contact us for removal.

7. Your Rights

Because all data stays on your device, you retain full control. You may delete entries within the App, clear all data (Settings → Apps → MyDay Diary → Storage → Clear data), or uninstall the App.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
